Summer Office Hours, Waitlist & Online Scheduling

The Summer months bring more outdoor adventures, travel and family get togethers. This has never been more true than in our current expansion of COVID 19 measures. In this light, I wanted to update you on some clinic closures, scheduling and a NEW 'Waitlist' option for online booking.

Holiday & Vacation Clinic Closures

Due to scheduled Holidays or Personal vacation, clinic will be CLOSED on the following dates:

• 7/2 & 7/6

• 7/21 - 8/3

• 8/26 - 8/27

• 9/9 - 9/10

• 9/15 - 9/28

Waitlist

There has been a dramatic increase in Patient scheduling over the past three months creating limitations on appointment openings and wait times of up to 3-4 weeks. With the schedule changes and increased call volume I have initiated a Waitlist for Patients.

In the Patient Portal, simply click on the date of your preferred 'Follow-up Acupuncture' appointment and 'Open' and 'Waitlist' options are visible (see below). Follow the prompts to add your name to the desired day or specific appointment time.

Current weekly office hours include:

• Tuesday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

• Wednesday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

• Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

• Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
